Yuhan joined the Computational Privacy Group as a one-year visiting student in October 2023. Her previous works mainly focus on privacy defenses with differential privacy, and her research interests include privacy defenses with differential privacy, privacy-preserving machine learning, and privacy attacks against both statistical data analysis and machine learning.
Yuhan obtained her bachelor’s degree in computer science at Xiamen University (XMU) in China. Then, she joined the Key Laboratory of Data Engineering and Knowledge Engineering (DEKE) at Renmin University of China (RUC) in 2019 and is supervised by Prof. Hong Chen. In DEKE, she worked on projects related to differentially private graphs analysis.
Before joining the CPG, she also worked as a research intern supervised by Dr. Sheng Wang at DAMO Academy, Alibaba Group, where she researched the differentially privacy crowded selection problem in relational database systems.
